Our Eco friendly advent calendars are manufactured with PEFC or FSC approved material for the outer section of the calendars , most of our material is carbon offset The inner section of our eco friendly advent calendars is made out of Corrugated. Corrugated cardboard is a recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging material. It is made from paper from either sustainable forest sources, or fully recycled paper, very much like moulded pulp. It is manufactured with rows of air columns making the paper stronger than average cardboard. We print using vegetable inks . We design our advent calendars to use as little material as possible whilst still giving you a quality effective product. To help minimise waste if you are unsure whether all your Advent calendars will be used then if you produce them without a year printed on them you can use them the following year
This larger Eco friendly Advent Calendar is A3 when assembled (420 x 297mm) and has a depth of 38mm allowing it to be used for a large variety of contents . The advent calendar outer can be printed one or both sides with your custom design and is supplied with corrugated fitments . On quantities of 1000 and above we can also design and produce a vacuum formed tray as an alternative to the corrugated fitments The outer of this large eco advent calendar is a tuck in end carton (like a playing card box) which comes to you glued flat for you to erect and assemble with the corrugated inners . As with all our other advent calendars this calendar can be supplied to you partially assembled or we can fully assemble it and supply it with your contents inserted. Any food items must be supplied pre-wrapped
