Our Eco friendly advent calendars are manufactured with PEFC or FSC approved material for the outer section of the calendars , most of our material is carbon offset The inner section of our eco friendly advent calendars is made out of Corrugated. Corrugated cardboard is a recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging material. It is made from paper from either sustainable forest sources, or fully recycled paper, very much like moulded pulp. It is manufactured with rows of air columns making the paper stronger than average cardboard. We print using vegetable inks . We design our advent calendars to use as little material as possible whilst still giving you a quality effective product. To help minimise waste if you are unsure whether all your Advent calendars will be used then if you produce them without a year printed on them you can use them the following year
Pod advent calendar with 12 windows & card fitment to hold the pods
This advent calendar has 12 windows which means it can be sold for a lower unit price than a 24 window advent calendar. We can make this with more or less windows if required. This advent calendar held small pots and the inner fitment was manufactured with the outer carton saving tooling and production costs. The advent calendar can be printed with your own design or you can use one of our stock designs and resize it for this calendar. There is a minimum order quantity of 50 but as with all bespoke products the lower the quantity the higher the unit cost. This design has 12 windows of equal size. This advent calendar can either be supplied flat to you for your easy final assembly with you inserting the contents. Or we can fully assemble it and ship to one bulk address or individual addresses.
