Our Large Eco friendly advent calendars are manufactured with PEFC or FSC approved material for the outer section of the calendars , most of our material is carbon offset The inner section of our eco friendly advent calendars is made out of Corrugated. Corrugated cardboard is a recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging material. It is made from paper from either sustainable forest sources, or fully recycled paper, very much like moulded pulp. It is manufactured with rows of air columns making the paper stronger than average cardboard. We print using vegetable inks . We design our advent calendars to use as little material as possible whilst still giving you a quality effective product. To help minimise waste if you are unsure whether all your Advent calendars will be used then if you produce them without a year printed on them you can use them the following year This advent calendar is made all out of one material so less energy is used in production.
This large advent calendar was custom made and held a variety of products including gin, tonic and a selection of foodstuffs. Manufactured for a corporate client we quoted them a guide price. Once the price was provisionally agreed we had the contents sent to us and then produced the initial design. We then manufactured a sample of the large bespoke advent calendar and they tested it arrived at the final destination with all the contents in the correct place.
This advent calendar dimensions are 510x345x146mm - 60x60mm doors, (109mm depth recess with a couple at 140mm with holes for taller bottles). Bespoke/custom made size advent calendars can be produced. . No samples are available of this product until after initial quotes have been done
