Our Eco friendly advent calendars are manufactured with PEFC or FSC approved material for the outer section of the calendars , most of our material is carbon offset The inner section of our eco friendly advent calendars is made out of Corrugated. Corrugated cardboard is a recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging material. It is made from paper from either sustainable forest sources, or fully recycled paper, very much like moulded pulp. It is manufactured with rows of air columns making the paper stronger than average cardboard. We print using vegetable inks . We design our advent calendars to use as little material as possible whilst still giving you a quality effective product. To help minimise waste if you are unsure whether all your Advent calendars will be used then if you produce them without a year printed on them you can use them the following year
This advent calendar is designed to hold small tubs and bottles , it can be supplied flat to you to fill with your own contents. This advent calendar has a corrugated inner fitment to hold the contents in place but we can also manufacture bespoke vacuum formed trays on larger quantities. Printed with your own design it has a few different size windows that could be used to hold tubs, bottles, wax melts, etc . This advent calendar can either be supplied flat for to you to assemble with content, or we can fully assemble it and ship to one address in bulk or individual addresses – we would need to know post codes and service required for us to quote this option.
