Custom kraft board mailing box with a custom cardboard insert fitment — an alternative to corrugated for lighter products where a thinner, more compact outer is preferred. The fitment was produced alongside the box as a cost-effective way to hold the products securely in the post without additional packaging.
Construction:
Kraft board or box board. Custom cardboard insert fitment for securing products. Supplied flat for easy self-assembly and space-efficient storage. Can be supplied assembled or fulfilled if required. No stock sizes held.
Printing Options:
Digital printing, litho printing and mounting, screen printing, or flexo printing. Smooth matt gloss or anti-scuff lamination available.
Can the box be supplied with a fitment?
Yes. We can supply a custom cardboard insert fitment for securing products, or a foam fitment. Board fitments are more cost-effective and better for the environment.
Are FSC or PEFC certified materials available?
Yes. FSC or PEFC certified materials are available on request. Vegetable-based inks are used throughout production.
