Custom pop-up mailers — a selection of formats that create an immediate, three-dimensional impact when removed from the outer envelope. Can be digitally printed and personalised where the material allows. Most pop-up mailers are supplied with a printed board envelope or outer.
Formats Available:
Pop-up balls, cubes, pyramids, houses, lorries, deckchairs and more. Dimensions vary by format. Not all pop-up products are suitable for digital printing — we’ll advise on personalisation options for your chosen format. Various finishes available depending on the material used.
Finishing Options:
Digitally or litho printed where material permits. Smooth matt gloss or anti-scuff lamination on printable versions. Foil blocking and spot UV varnish available.
Can the mailer be personalised?
Yes. Digital printing makes personalisation viable at lower quantities — each piece can carry a unique name, address or message. Note that personalisation typically increases unit cost and lead time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order value is £850 for bespoke projects. Digital printing suits 50–200 units; litho printing becomes more cost-effective from 200+ units.
