All our corrugated boxes are custom made to order. We don’t hold stock sizes — every box is sized to fit your product and printed to your design.
Construction Options
- Single-wall corrugated: Lightweight and cost-effective for lighter products.
- Double-wall corrugated: Stronger construction for heavier items or products needing extra protection in transit.
- Book-style mailing outer: Corrugated outer with book-style opening. Ideal for subscription box packaging.
- Sample box (0427/0426 style): Supplied flat for easy self-assembly. Useful for sales teams and product demonstrations.
Printing Options
- Digital printing: Good colour accuracy for lower quantities. No setup costs.
- Litho printing and mounting: Good to high quality full colour print runs.
- Screen printing: Cost-effective for small to medium runs for single colour projects.
- Flexo printing: Cost-effective for higher volume runs on corrugated board.
Custom printed both inside and out where required.
