Hinged lid presentation boxes are the most popular custom packaging style we produce. The lid is attached to the base and opens like a book or laptop— creating a clean, professional reveal every time.
- We manufacture these as custom made boxes in any size, from compact USB holders to large corporate gift sets. Materials, print, and finishing are all chosen to suit your brief. These can be produced as straightforward printed boxes, or built up into high-end luxury packaging with foil blocking, embossing, and custom fitments.
Construction Options
- Box board (400–700 micron): The more cost-effective option compared to rigid boxes. Ideal for branded presentation boxes where rigid luxury construction isn’t required.
- Rigid (paper-over-board): Thick greyboard core wrapped in printed paper. Premium weight and feel. Higher cost per unit.
- Clamshell style: A cost-effective version of the clamshell format, produced in box board.
Fitment Options
Every hinged lid box can be supplied with:
- No fitment: Box only, you supply your own interior packaging.
- Board plinth / custom cardboard insert (fitment): Designed to hold your product securely. More cost-effective and eco-friendly than foam.
- Foam fitment: Die-cut or routed foam, available for single or multiple items, including multi-level apertures.
