Custom Printed Cartons — Folding Cartons Made in the UK
Custom printed cartons (tuck-top or tuck-in end cartons) are the most cost-effective custom printed packaging we produce. Flat boxes that fold into shape with tuck-in flaps at the ends — no glue or tape needed.
These are widely used for retail shelf packaging, subscription boxes and product packaging where a clean branded presentation is needed at a lower cost per unit than a rigid box.
Materials Available
- Box board (SBS): 300–700 micron white board with an excellent print surface.
- Kraft board: 300–700 micron natural brown board for an eco-friendly appearance.
- Folding box board: 300–700 micron for general-purpose folding cartons.
Finishing Options
- Digitally or litho printed — full colour branding
- Smooth, matt, gloss or anti-scuff lamination
- Foil blocking and embossing
- Spot UV varnish
Supplied flat for space-efficient storage and self-assembly.

Cost and Lead Times
Lead time: 7 working days to 3 weeks. Digital printing has no setup costs — ideal for 50–200 units. Litho printing plates from £250, more cost-effective for 200+ units.
Minimum order value £850. Delivery and VAT extra. A well-finished tuck-top carton with foil blocking can look as premium as a lift-off lid box at a significantly lower cost — we’ll tell you honestly which suits your brief.
