How To Order

At Create-this we take things step by step to ensure that we produce a product that meets all your requirements. Although we produce a wide range of different products from packaging, advent calendars through to pop up mailers the ordering process is generally the same.

The Process

  1. 1.

    Select your product and email us on [email protected] or call on 01276 536436, send us the quantity, item, dimensions, print and branding requirements.

  2. 2.

    We will send you a quote by email which is valid for 30 days and if requested we will send you a previously produced example of a similar product. If it’s a previously produced product then with direct mail we should be able to send you an example of exactly what we’ve quoted. With packaging and point of sale it will be the closest available stock sample.

  3. 3.

    Direct Mail products and standard Advent Calendar designs – on receipt of an order we will send you an artwork laydown guide (template) with artwork guidelines.

  4. 4.

    Packaging, Point of Sale and Bespoke Advent Calendars. Once prices have been provisionally approved by you then we require the contents to be sent to us so we can produce the initial plain sample for your approval.

  5. 5.

    Packaging, Point of Sale and Bespoke Advent Calendars on receipt of an order we will send you an artwork laydown guide (template) with artwork guidelines.

  6. 6.

    On receipt of the artwork and Credit Form, we will confirm any Credit Facilities available and will get proofing under way. Proofs can either be supplied as digital pdf proofs or for an extra cost we can supply a fully assembled CAD cut digital proof. We will look at the artwork when it is supplied and will advise on any obvious issues. However items like print orientation can vary from client to client so we don’t know what is/isn’t correct. The best way to check you will be happy with the print orientation is to print a scaled down copy yourself, and with the end product is to have a fully assembled digital proof.


  7. 7.

    The job is then produced and delivered to your specified address (s) or mailed out using your data.


We generally work from supplied artwork. We have an in house designer who will happily chat through the template supplied with you or your designer/agency.

If you know what design you require and don’t have your own artworking facilities then we can help with positioning the artwork for you. Costs are charged on an hourly rate and can be quoted once we know your requirements.
